Sunday Walk

As you may know I'm trying desperately trying to loose weight, so as well as dieting I'm trying to walk about 30 miles a week and along with my running (haha only 3 miles at a time) three times a week. Well today I popped my ipod in and set off for the normal 5 miles..........................................................a little while later found myself in Seaburn which I think is about 5 miles from home, then I had to walk all the way back, so today clocked 10 miles today. Heres a photo of the view on the way back, was extremely windy need to get a wooly hat to keep my ears warm.

Right now for the scrapping...........I've been playing with this sketch from Alix's blog great sketch thanks for inspiration.....whoop whoop 2nd layout of the week.


suppiles used most Pink Paislee "Bayberry" pattterned paper, flip it notes, pleated ribbon, also gems, thickers, martha stewart butterfly punch, and a couple of blossoms with a brad from my stash.

You're doing really well with your running - I think the ipod is a must for running - I set myself up time limit tracks when I was going to the gym - helped me. Please note the word "was" .. LOL. Good luck with the running.

Lovely layout, I love the colours. Well done on the long walk! I keep promising myself and my dog that we'll go for longer walks, but somehow I can't seem to find the motivation!
