I recently purchased the Double Dutch 6x6 pad from Lily Bee design, so when I saw the photo challenge on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog I instantly knew I had to use those papers, as there is a rainbow of gingham in each pad. The challenge was to use this photograph as your inspiration
So I had the papers and the perfect image was the new Fairy Friends, so here she is coloured with promarkers, isnt she soooo cute, find her HERE
And here is the finished card, with a piece of ribbon, some punched out butterflies and a few gems.
I'm blogging from my bed, been feeling a bit poorly at the moment, but do have a few cards to share.
This card uses a stamp from LOTV, been awhile since I've used these stamps, as have been right into digi images. Flowers are cut from felt using Tim Holtz "tattered flower" die. Lately been using a few brads on cards, isnt funny how things go out of fashion, but I have tons and teamed them up with funky flowers and doily to bring it up to date. Bit of an odd colour combo......now have to make a pink/orange card for a baby girl................be back tomorrow with another card, and some scrapping might make an appearance.
Today's post is a quickie, just thought I'd pop in and share. Its a boy card and even worse a teenage boy card, I have kept it fairly simple using a Tickled Pink digital image coloured with Promarkers, half a peice of 6x6 patterned paper, not sure the manufacturer and a tag. I've got a few more cards to share so watch out for more quick posts this week.
Until then enjoy your week, and remember its nearly the weekend :)
Today's card features one of the fabby new image from Tiddly Inks and a freebie frame, pop over to
Christy's blog to see what's going on. I coloured the frame with Promarker's then added string and brads, added pretty fairy image, Lily bee papers and lots of stitching also use the "deconstruction" sketch from
There's something great happening on the Tiddly Inks blog.......its an anniversary blog celebration, lots of new Wryn designs, frames and guess what freebies too. So what you waiting for hop over there.
Now for todays card, I'm entering for the Tiddly Inks challenge.
