12 x 12 orange cardstock
12x 6 green cardstock
12 x 6 patterned paper – small spots, large spots and pink with flowers
2 ribbons – pink and spotty
3 orange buttons
Additional items used

White embroidery and needle
Stapler
Basic tools
1. Firstly attach 12x6 patterned paper (small spotty) to centre of the 12x12 black cardstock running horizontally. Draw a wavy line in pencil around the edge of layout to form a border, pierce along the line and stitch in back stitch with 3 strands of embroidery thread.
2. Then attach two strips of green cardstock cut on an angle to the top and bottom of the small dot patterned paper, also attach photograph at a slight angle to patterned paper. Draw an outline to edge of green strips and add spotty ribbon to top strip.
3. Take large spot patterned paper and cut approx…………… strip with wavy edge. Attach this to bottom of pattern paper overlapping green card stock.
4. Create an arrow from orange cardstock – I drew around a tea plate and dinner plate to create a ring and cut out, then cut ring short at on end and attached a triangle cut from orange card - Draw faux stitch around arrow and add to layout.
5. Use 3 of the tags from tag sheet and attach plain pink ribbon with staples, arrange these on left hand side of layout slightly overlapping photo. Cut three flowers from patterned paper and attach to layout with buttons.
6. Finally using large foam stamps to stamp, in black ink on orange card, the title “MUM” in individually squares, draw around edge and add to layout. Then stamp the “I love you” on to arrow and attach gems to the edge of the large spot paper.
I'd love you to complete this clas and leave a link so I can check it out, thanks
